The staff were friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t very crowded and I was able to get started for the pedicure instantly. They were patient and the lady who did my pedicure was very gentle during it all. She helped me wait till the nails dried as well before I checked out.

I had been coming here for a while when the old owners were there and I decided to come back a couple days ago to get some 4th of July nails unaware that they have changed owners and it's a whole new crew in there and I am over the moon excited about going back because Luis did such a great job. He took his time on my nails and made sure that I was happy and even massage my hands after I got my gel acrylics done…

Great service with quality work located very convenient near Publix. I have gone there for several years without issues. I am sorry a few have had unhappy experiences but when dealing with the general public it’s to be expected. From my perspective I recommend Charlie and staff for manicures and pedicures, which I choose the gel, for exceptional treatment. Nice Nails will remain my go-to shop.
